lol okay well I liked it and thought I'd share... whateva I don't have work to occupy my time is spent only packing, creating a new years outfit, and posting relative but apparently unpopular information.

Deal with it :P

that and the red beer. which is sort of slowing everything else down ha.

Actually I watched it too YAK and really enjoyed it. Its good seeing teachers that genuinely care about their students. My son's current teacher won the Utah Teacher of the year award last year and its obvious why when you meet him. He has a genuine passion for what he does and real love in getting the kids to excel. He is one of those teachers that sticks with you even when you grow up because they made a difference in your life..

!!!

:D

Thanks dave!!

if you want to know there is a really good book called " up the down staircase "--thats what first got me interested in teaching. Don't watch the movie--its lame.

Other awesome teacher movies--

Stand and Deliver
The Music Of My Heart
The King and I (hehehehe jk)

Do you know of anymore?

p.s.--what i really really love about the ron clark story is that I'm from a small town and moving to a big city :O and also my favorite part is when he "officially becomes A new yorker" and then he goes to class and shakes the kids desk. In my head thats exactly what I'm keeping in mind. Even while I'm packing I'm thinking about how I'm going to change and what values I need to latch on to--even down to what I wear ;)
