shitty file

can anyone help me, ive got this file on my comp and it wont delete, it says it written protected or something, and when i go to add/remove files, it just redirects me to the site, and says i need to pay for it. then when i go to MY COMPUTER/ LOCAL DISK/ PROGRAM FILES, and try there to delete it, the same stupid message about written protected comes up, can anyone help me delete it please, thanks Cushion

1st suggestion would be go to safemode and delete it or

if the file is running try deleting through task manager
