i must agree with you there lestah.. when i joined a while back it was soo fun, 5 team would last for more than 2k cycles and nobody bitched and whinged like they do now.

It keeps my occupied, but its not as fun as it used to be

The glory days are gone. Troop caps, nuclear weapons. I miss the days of 3 billion men armies 9k cycle games. I don't miss the new player who comes in and thinks they know what they are doing and fuck your team. Thats why most of the good ones are gone. That goes for all games.

they just dont mean as much as they used to

ya I got 30 vps that one month or something like that and I literally was playing like 18 hours a day all month, now everyone has 30 and it's the 10th of june..heheh But the most fun was always the crew, CTC domination for like 12 hours straight no one but us was allowed to win..heheh

I quit playing for a few months. Back now, and ya'll are all right things have changed. But those who have been here since before ww2 was added can tell you, the big things that took some of the fun out was the "game upgrades" waht i mean by that is a lot of the little things that there are now that take the strategy out of the games. A lot of the Vets who left I think left for that reason, I mean this once was truly a strategy game. Also another thing that has been bitter sweet was implementing mods into GC. Just my take on it.

Yeah, from what i've heard from some of the nice people in WW2, like Grendel Abbath aok DieTryin Pain E A G L E and some others, that ww2 was alot better before, I only like started playing 15-20 days ago, but my account is about 30 days old lol so I never really got the chance to play with the old people, which i'm sure was amazing, as I think the game is rather decent now, even if there's the odd chance of someone disobeying orders and fucking your team up, I think the old days would of been alot better.

The idea of people with over 10k ranking points to join second game.
But I reckon maybe 25k (i've got 2k to go) lol

I remember the first time i played wwII...I was on Su and ran jets...this dude who I really cant remember his name but I took out a bunch of troops while they cleared Germany...lol I thought i was doing soooooooo good...I have a feeling I barely helped...Those were the good dayz but I wasnt here when it was added...Tho it was still a lot of fun...I have been here for 174 days but didnt start pplaying WWII for a month lol... i didnt even kno it was there I plaed ACW,and 5 Team

*cough* bullshit *cough*, before there weren't heroes, also aa situation was different as I've already stated, Global Democracy did NOT work. and now that it does it is overkill, the other day I had it and no hero and I took Turkey with less than 50K troops, trust me that is a change if you want to recognize it or not

What happened to GC 2.0?? personally that game type kicks these ones asses...badly...like the more militias you controlled, the stronger your team was...encouraging fighting for every country...RS could defend you own troops from jets, making takes only useful for barraging away bunks and aa's...also with the country bonuses, encouraging people to stay on...fight...and not just sit and build and let their entire team die, then go on a glory run...i mean what happened to it all?? this game was perfect last summer...not its full of a bunch of control freaks...this game used to be about teamwork and fun...now its about yelling at everyone and putting blame on the other guy...if you still have GC 2.0...plz put it back on treadon...the one with 4 teams... this is the former General of the Army (when there was only one) TheRapist...ps...thats why all the good players left...no teamwork...no fun
