I would just make sure the window is open..Don't want to compound the fact your computer is making you crazy with having to call out a Glazier.

I realise you've probably already checked the Microsoft website but if you search for wkwbl.dll it takes you to a forum, someone on there suggests downloading it from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/index.shtml.
I have no idea how safe it is, and I leave it to you to decide if you want to do it...
