SHIT Smokie its a laptop and the keyboard is going south?? Well here is what you can do.. Get a USB External Keyboard and try that..In the BIOS set the USB to use legacy devices(keyboards and mouses) and you should be golden

i was searching for the specific terms ridge, good find and it shows me how it all comes apart but not what screws i need to remove lol

Smokie..sounds like you don't have alot of options at this point. If you think the Office 2007 Beta hosed your machine a reinstall maybe your only option.

Is there an option in the accessibility options to use a virtual onscreen keyboard , For people with no use of thier hands (useing a head mouse or however they work it )
