So doing a quick mental leap, I chose Clauricaun(e). For those of you who don't know, Lucky-Charms is a Leprechaun and a Clauricaun(e) is another name for one. It comes from the Munster region of Ireland, while Leprechaun is from Connaught and Ulster. Anyways, that got shortened down to Claur, which is the name I use on nearly everything.

long story that I've posted before but am too lazy to look up. the short version:

I had a shitty senior year and was really depressed. After finals I went on an amazing roadtrip with 2 kids I barely knew. That trip more or less made me who I am today. I came back the happiest I had been in a long time and with my 2 best friends.

I took this pillow thats shaped like a monkey on the trip and my friend spilled tuna on it. From then on out he was known as tuna monkey.

That monkey has become a symbol of the freedom of the road and my friendship with my travel buddies to me. I go to school 1100 miles from home (and my friends) and the truth is, I'm not a good person for school. I don't like to be in one place for more than a week or two and I always get stir crazy. When I get down, tuna monkey is always there to remind me that theres adventure waiting and even if I can't see em everyday, there are people that love me.

I use the name as a tribute to the amazing trip, and my travel buddies and all they've done for me. kinda corny i know, but I also like that its unique (I have yet to run into another tuna_monkey)
