Moonblood was banned because it is a multi account of a permabanned member of the forum. All multi accounts are permabanned from the forums unless an administrator has given concent to the multi account being made.

P.S. - He was permabanned back from the old forum for those that don't know who this guy is. Getting permabanned back then was almost impossible. You had to do some seriously hateful or twisted shit over and over again to even be considered for it.
