Have an good answer ready for how do you see yourself in say about 5 years.

Be concise in in your answers.

Read your interviewers, a little humour can go a long way in the right places.

Let them know you want the job, but don't be over eager, not your only option sort of thing.

Have a good night sleep the day before!!!!!!

What do you see as your biggest weakness?

Answer - There's never really any good by being honest with this answer, but on the same hand you really don't want to lie in an interview. Try to provide a weakness that has absolutely nothing to do with the job in general. For example if you had a computer desk job, say that your biggest weakness is that you're not a regular mechanic. If they state that they want one more specific to the job, go with something lame like shyness when it came to public speaking. This way you can easily bullshit about how this used to be a problem but you've been working on it and are far more comfortable in doing it.

How much money are you looking for?

Answer - Avoid answering this question unless you are offered the position. If asked, explain how you'd rather wait until the end of the interview so you can get a more accurate indication of what you think the job is worth. Or you can follow that question by asking him what range is he looking for. Make him/her give the information if at all possible. This keeps you from selling yourself short if you underbid, but also not pricing yourself out of the potential job. If you must answer it, overshoot your realistic price range. This way you could feasibly be "negotiated" down to the salary you originally wanted.

Big question i was asked and is important! It was a british airways interview for a enginnering postion

Question: What is our busness aim do you think?

Answer: To make money!, by working hard to provide a good service that can be profitibly charged for!

I made the mistake of just talking about good service, the interviewer liked me thought and gave me that tidbit of advice.... they employ us to make money, so don't fear saying it, ballance the answer with the service but make a point of knowing that!

thats of course if u get asked that :$

- what are your strengths and weaknesses

- how do you see yourself in a mid/long future

I once went to an interview in KFC and they asked me:

Do you see yourself selling chicken?
thats sounds funny, but it's th company main objective so I had to answer yes!
