as for the gunnings wtf is the go with it all :S why are you going to target a cartel that pretty much (sorry jeremy) sucks cock and arent that good. the fact that you are doing it makes people think less of you about it all.

if you want them to like you more or even respect you then go after bigger cartels or hell just go gun in a round for EVERYONE not just one cartel. makes you lower yourself to iceman's level
