we had an all dog pic thread, but i want to see your other pets. and i want to know how many people have horses. i know that Fire does.
here is my horse Baby Snooks. she just turned 22 this month (April) i was there when she was born and purchase her a year and a half later for $400 she is a registered Quarter horse. Quarter horses are known for being the fastest horse in a quarter of a mile. they are also know for having "cow sense" very true in her case. she used to be in a field with cows and i had to move her because she kept herding them. she bows and i will try to get a pic of her doing that.

My two snakes... black and brown one is a Royal Python - called Shoofie, about 4ft and he's full grown.

Other is a Boa Constrictor called Bobo :D - About 4-5ft at the moment... will reach about 11-12ft :)

Plus the snake thinks the mouse is alive anyway... snakes only see red and blue.. hot and cold. The mice are defrosted in warm water so when the snake see's it, it appears warm & alive:D

this is my red devil, his name is puff. He is about 12-14 inches long and 8 yrs old, only the males have the big knot on their heads. He is one of the most aggressive fresh water fish. I recently had tank problems and had to stick my jack dempsey in with him and he killed it in about 3 days. But he is really a sweetie....he loves me and comes to the top of the tank to let me pet him, but if he is testy he will try to bite and he does have lil razor sharp teeth and can, and will draw blood (H)

yeah it breaks my heart :( the mares are usually slaughtered after that are "used up" the babies are also sent to the meat market. there are quite a few organizations trying to save the horses. but some like Arabella are damaged goods. her back leg defect keeps her from ever being useful.

Ya we are in the hot spot of B.C Canada 40+ summers first thing i ordered when building my house was central air as did 90% of peeps here . But ya it has been a while since i have seen one of those.
On rainy days all windows are cranked open for fresh air :)

Actually, Last winter... we rescued 2 bassett hounds...someone had just
dumped them on a highway :glare: So we had them spayed/nuetered and
got their shots n stuff... and then they went to a bassett hound rescue farm in
Washington. Anways... check out this pic of John and the boy bassett. I think they
look alot alike in this pic :hehe:

yeah it breaks my heart :( the mares are usually slaughtered after that are "used up" the babies are also sent to the meat market. there are quite a few organizations trying to save the horses. but some like Arabella are damaged goods. her back leg defect keeps her from ever being useful.

Internet is good ,depends what you want,to breed ,to show,or just a pet.If you wanna breed from it,make sure it is home reared,check for undershot jaw,check parents hip score,patella etc.if it is a cross best to get it neutered,especially if its smaller than it should be as this can pass on complications down the line should there be any line..
Cant say I ever see many pugs so good luck with that.

I've been babysitting my sweet little Chi Chi while she recovers from an injury. She's a PERFECT Teacup Chihuahua....found a Pet acupuncturist...THX :rachy:, one session and she already seems a bit more perky! Then I find the PERFECT Teacup Chihuahua Boy....8 weeks old and he is BAD ASS! Coolest little guy EVER! Meet Louie. :bubbles:

My dogs name is Cloey too. I don't have any pics yet, but she is a chocolate lab/pitbull mix puppy. Definately fits in, she's just as weird as I am. Good dog, but still training her some.
