Agreed. In some states in the US they could be charged for not helping him. I think anyone that watches an old man get the crap beat out of him should be shot with the man who beat him up, they're just as guilty for not helping him.

2nd, they showed the court hearing the other day.. the black guy who beat up the old man couldn't even look at him when the charges were read and the old man testified. Guess he isn't so tough now is he.

The old man, who never took a pain killer during his injuries from world war 2, now lives on pain pills daily his wife said. I agree with her, let him out in general population in prison and let him be afraid and fear for his life and suffer being beaten as well. He truly doesn't deserve any police protection. :nono:
