30 pounds is about what a 40 inch flat screen weighs. Maybe a lil more than that.

I would love to see that model # on her tv because I hang those fuckers in filthy rich customers houses and about 2 weeks ago I helped hang a Hitachi 60 inch plasma (maybe 61 can't remember) and I know for a fact it only weighed 50 pounds because the wall bracket that was purchased for it by our customer only was rated for 40 pounds and we told him we wouldn't use that one..... That and 47' is a weird tv size for flat screen as shown in that pic. Almost all companies sell 42's, 50's, and nothing in between

I can't help but assume thats not a pic of her actual tv but just a big tv like she bought that is HUGE and badass (because bigger is better) but not a plasma, lcd, or crappy DLP tv which are much lighter

well smart ass i went and looked it up...it only felt like 30lbs or so but the actual weight is 42.7 lbs westinghouse 37' flat screen.
