I Love a steak cooked on the grill medium/well, and garlic butter melted on it while it's still sizzling on my plate... I like to dip it in HP sauce or 57 sauce while eating it. mmm mmm MMMM

Medium/well and a T-Bone, Porterhouse or New York with nothing on it

Or a thin steak marinated for hours in a a mesquite marinade with montreal steak seasoning and a good load of burgandy cooking whine. The burgandy is amazing

The trick to a good steak is to only turn it once and don't squeeze it/press it etc. That way you'll end up with a really juicy steak.

Yea Mikey... bobby flay on the food network channel, does those BBQ cook off contests and he says over and over to only turn steaks ONE time... keeps the juices sealed in like you said.

I'd say Ribeye is my favorite cut, followed by Fillet. : P~~~

I know I'm no Bobby Flay but I do damn near the exact opposite. I turn my steaks and everything I grill many times. I find if I try to turn it only once one side gets more cooked than the other or even burns. Let me tell you it sucks to bite into a good quality piece of meat thats perfectly cooked half way through then sucks for the other half. Now if you turn it 3-4 times you end up making it even worse. I'll flip my steak so many times its almost like its on a rotisserie. They come out perfect every time and they are never on a side long enough to over cook

I like a nice fat NY striploin, bloody as hell, but cajuned and blackened on the outside, with fried onions and bell peppers on top. Delish!

My favorite Steak it nicely marbled Ribeye, med-rare with just coarse salt and cracked pepper. I dont even mind a "Pittsburgh Blue" every once in a while, even though the outside of it is a carcinogen crust lol
