lol actually i didnt, but the rest of the movie was junk. the special effects were weak, the story was weak, and the charecters were weak. beast played by 'frasier' was definatly cool though.

I saw it on Sunday - it was decent enough although no where near as good as the second.

As usual Ian McKellen as Magneto was about the best thing in it and Hale Berry as usual was shite.

i thought it was good although yes it didnt tie into the second movie at all and that winged guy doesnt play a descent part in it altohough if you had stayed after the credits you wouldnt have been that dissapointed

I highly doubt that they plan on making another movie to be honest. I mean, this Brett Ratner guy is smart. He understands that people are sick of these stupid ass sequels that are only being made for the money and that they are a waste of filmstrip. I have a feeling that he will leave the X-Men series with a sense of "wonder" if you will of whether or not Magneto is still powerful, Charles will continue the X-Men, and whether Wolverine will ever figure out who the hell he is and was.

In my opinion, this was an AMAZING ending to the X-Men series. It followed in no way the new or old comic storyline and was very lively. There was never a scene that I thought to myself "Wow, that was pointless and retarded". The top on my list was the Ice Man vs Pyro fight. Probably the coolest scene in the movie was with Ice Man icing up and kicking Pyro's ass.

Given, I could be very wrong with my observations and assumptions, and that Brett Ratner could very well sign on to direct X-Men 4 in the future. I only say that because he did miss out on a few key events in the X-Men saga. For example: Apocolypse and Sentinels. Also, the absence of a few awesome characters was apparent: Nightcrawler, Toad, Sabertooth, Quicksilver, Blob, Bishop, Havok, Sunfire.

Eh, X-Men III kicked ass...

what i last read about halle berry's role was that it wouldn't return after this one because of the high cost to have her and she wanted a larger role in the movie. I really don't see this as the last movie, maybe one more about 5 years from now.
