heat rash?

ok so some of you might not think or know it can happen . but yes as dark as i am break out bad from the sun on my arms and legs and it hurts!!!. iv tryed several sunblock ..this year i tryed aveeno 55sp sunblock spray. it feels good and works a lil bit but.
does anyone else have this problem and what do you use?

I don't get heat rashes but I do get burned. I always use lotion spf 30(atleast) when I'm out and cocoa butter at night (although its muggy here it still feels dry to me)

My only problem is the damn pollen :(!!

Did you try looking up anything about Vitamin E?? I heard its good for "healthy skin" but I'm not to sure what that means or if it will help you..

Berger, have you ever been tested for allergies? I have a friend who is actually allergic to UV light. I don't know if this might be your problem, but I'm sure a Dr. could look into it for you. Go see a dermatologist. They might just have something that'll make you all better...
