I searched for the Killa Kella album last time you asked but with no success. However, you might like to note the spelling if you are to continue searching for it. It should be - 'Elocution' and not 'Ellocution'.

I think we would need a little more detail if the Sultans track was a limited edition single. For example, was it a 12 single or were there other tracks with it etc? Any extra details could help a lot.
