Sometimes when making a DVD using an authoring program or a conversion program where you don't burn directly to DVD, instead of getting a nice ISO image to burn you will get something like the folders on the screenshot below:

Don't Panic! You can use Nero To burn the DVD Using the DVD-Video Compilation.
Step 1: Open up Nero
Step 2: In the 'New Compilation Window Find DVD-VIDEO and click on it.
Step 3. Once its highlighted click the 'New' button.

Step 4: On the left hand side you'll see two folders, click the red VIDEO_TS Folder so its highlighted
Step 5: Notice that directly to right of that is now a blank window.

Step 6: On the right hand side is the 'file browser', use that to browse where the video_ts folder is on your hard drive.
Step 7: Once you found it, highlight it so the files inside the folder show on the right.

Step 8: Select all the files in that window by clicking in it and hitting CTRL - A.

Step 9: Now Drag those files and drop them in the blank window mentioned in Step 5.

Step 10: Now that you've done that click the 'Burn' Button

Step 11: Click the Label Tab and Enter a Name for the DVD. It has to be all Caps with no Spaces.
Step 12: When your done there, put in a fresh DVD-R/DVD+R and click the 'Burn' button.

Now just sit back and wait for it to finish! Don't worry about the Audio-ts folder, from my understanding its a folder that is only used for Audio DVDs
