Hi, I noticed I eat shit all day every day. Not literally, of coarse, but I eat very VERY unhealthily. I really want to change that, the problem is, I don't know what I can make that is healthy, I only know a few things.

So... does someone know some free meal planning website? I just need like three meals a day, and I would like two weeks worth... I am really picky, I can't eat the same thing over and over (I am like a baby)

Any help would be appreciated...

Thank you very much!

do it by yourself using www.sparkpeople.com (thx Dy) make ur own food its bettr and cheaper. Just go on this site, its FREE and it gives ideas, etc etc. Ask Dy he's the one who gave it to me, i dropped 2% body fat in 2 weeks so far.

Yeah you can even have the planner choose a diet plan for ya. I like a bit more freedom to do my own thing but I track everything I eat in there.

Check out www.sparkrecipes.com too.. Thats where everybody posts their healthy recipes. I've tried a few already!

You can also detox your body by drinking a mixture of unsweetened cranberry juice w/ water and hot water with lemon. This helps assist the weight loss.
