Well as dirty rotten low down as snitching on your team like that is, I don't see how that could be bannable. Make him suffer with words and every time he's on your team post in Team Talk something like "oh nooo we got the snitch! Quick! Everyone hide!" or "Damn we would have to get the snitch!" you draw the line when hes causing an obvious problem. i think as punishment for his disregard of messages, orders, strat posts, and blanet disregard it is.

I think the person without scruples is Jim1. He's the guy advertising his team members positions to the allies and russians. That's just personal expierence. High school sucked and I left it and the little games far behind me.

You also need to take heed that not everyone can be glued to their screen every second. There just might be delays.
