ohhh i have actually done this one when i was young!! when i was 13 i had to see an anger management counsoler for like 3 weeks! (i was getting in a lot of fights in school) any way i had to sit at a table with a head doctor and just talk to him for a while about what had been bothering me which mainly was i was fed up with a bunch of bullys (rich pricks) picking on these 3 poor kids and one kid with down syndrome so one by one i kicked all 7 of their asses, well the doctor said that i should try to mind my own buisness and just let it slide. well that just wasent me and the fighting just got worse and began to be a dailey thing. after a few meeting with the doc he said he would like me to try a new medecine (prozac) as i began to take the medecine i just felt like a zombie and the next time i saw the doctor i told him i didn't like the meds well he said that i needed to keep taking them to get used to them and that just made me mad. well the next session he said that he thought i needed a stronger dosage and i said i refused to take it. then he told me he was gonna up my dose because he thought i was still way to angry and my reply was this "you want angry try to write me that perscription and you'll see angry" well he began to write the scrip at that point i jumped across the table grabed him by the throat and began hitting him in his eye screaming "now this is angry!" after that the doc refused to see me and i never had to go again!

i sat in a class(for anger management) and talked to a counsler sort person about ways to deal with my anger. she said after a while i was fine. she left on holidays and i got suspended for smashing a kid in the face with a chair
