It really stuns me how we don't make the players play during the summer as opposed to winter. I mean, would you rather be watching your team in the sun or pishing rain and sleet?

just in from the game you guys, thought id give you`s first hand update,,game was very good, although as expected united were beaten,we had a very good game against the big guys, ronaldihno was good, some nice touches as we`d expect, hit the post with a peach of a free kick, got that on my phone ;p eto`o hadcouple of nice runs but nothing major from him, cant believe we actually held them out for the first half,2nd half Ronnie of Henry on,,here we go i thought, but United actually played better:hidey: had a few half chances before we actually scored, damn 14,000 people were jumping about mental for 5 secs, ref ruled it out for a push :@ £$%& we held out till 87/88th min they were awarded a dubious penalty, was at the other end so never got close view, but dubious anyway :cheeky: up steps Henry keeper saves well but could`nt hold and Henry nets the rebound  to make things worse Inniesta clears a Lee Wilkie header of the line right at the death,1-0 bang goes United`s unbeaten run against the Catalan giants,,but i loved every minute,,ruff

I very unfortunately missed that game but they must be shite to lose to them lol, friendly or otherwise is irrelevant because teams still always play to win.

Decent play, better than we were last season. Back to the Walter Smith era. :D
