Restore the computer to original state and reboot 3 times in safe mode by pressing F8 at start up...

Then stick ur thumb up ur ass and wait...

my favorite was always unplug it for 5 mins plug it back in and start it up, sometimes the need time before a reboot, if it still doesn't work call us back ... should i ask to speak to you if it doesn't help? ... nah any person can do further troubleshooting from there but my name is <insert random girl name that wasnt mine> if you want you can ask for me.... ohhh thanks... ROFL... like they would even get the same call center anyways... bad bad dellie

Honestly I tried to take care of the customer but every now and then you would get that asshole that you just wanted of the phone, thats when you gave him the bogus..oh that node is down excuse even when his modem wasn't even dialing LOL

Uh.. anyone here know how to close an open port on your computer, I played this other game for 4 years and I started using a bot to it which was scanned and nothing came up and does everyone so you know... i lost everythign i worked my ass for and this guy confronted me and said he came in through an open port and took my shit and lauged my in my face and i was like shit

Firewall! Either a software based firewall like Blcak Ice or a Firewall built into your router..This way you ONLY open ports that you want open. I only had one port that gave me probs..Port 113 which I had a hard time closing..so all I did was port forward it to a dead IP..

Basically it means that one of your internet enabled devices are shitty and let people fuck with you.

I was trying to uninstall Norton the other day through add/remove programmes, thought it was taking a long time then it stalled, and sent up a dialog box saying it had encountered problems ang gave me a web link. The first thing written on the web page was: before doing anything else, uninstall then reinstall Norton.
I could have spent hours going round in circles.

LOL kind of dumb advice when you CAN'T uninstall! But see if you can reinstall Norton again then uninstall it..Kind of the opposite of the DnR...a RnD...Sometimes a file either becomes missing or corrupt and when the uninstaller tries to run it bombs. If you reinstall you replace the file, then allowing a complete uninstall to occur.
