not suffice with bringing down the Mighty Leeds United, Peter Ridsdale, chairman at Cardiff City, appears to be up to his old tricks again.... there is often no smoke without fire..... be afraid Cardiff fans, be very afraid......

From the looks of it, assuming that the document Peter Ridsdale produced is correct, someone at the Langston Corporation got it wrong. Plus it appears, again according Peter Ridsdale, that he and his board inherited this from the previous chairman, Sam Hamman...
However, it IS a mess and all the City fans I know are very worried about it. Most of them had their doubts when Peter Ridsdale took over, a few weren't really sure about Sam Hamman - he promised much but never really fulfilled those promises.
Hopefully it'll all get quickly sorted out, though I doubt it will, and the two new stadiums can get built.
