why do the ask if want Coke or Sprite if they are going to bring you Iced Tea anyway?
why ask if you what kind of dressing on your salad if they are going to put Ranch on it?
and then you have the ones that are so busy gossiping about what coworker is sleeping with another coworker that they can't ring up your sale.
imo customer service is at an all time low. and i don't see it getting any better. all i see is a large group of people that are waiting to spill some hot coffee on themselves and sue McDonalds for millions of dollars. instead of actually doing good honest work.
uhm.... i had more problems with bad service but i can't remember them now.

I had to take my 4Runner back to Midas about 12 times for a break job that I could have done right the first time myslef (if I wasn't so damn lazy).
I ended up writing a 4 page strongly worded (yet entertaining) letter to their corporate office. I got a call back from the manager for the western region the next day and guess what...
They finally pulled their heads out of their asses and fixed the problem.
It's bad enough these idiots sit around with their thumb up their ass all day long... It gets worse when they decide to stick their head up there to go look for it.
Good customer service is still available... but only if the employees fear they are gonna get fired if they don't provide it.

ok yep i forgot all about the car repair issues. i had my truck towed to the dealer 7 times in 3 weeks. at their expense because they couldn't find the problem. *but* that was a lot of my time wasted. finally figured out what it was. something simple that had been over looked.
what happened to people that take pride in doing a job correctly? doesn't mater if it is flipping the burger properly or whatever. just do it right.
and excellent point about people only working hard if they are scared of being fired. very sad but i think very true.

As long as they are getting paid and keeping their job, they don't care how it is done. Sad thing is, things such as the Minnesota Bridge collapse happen. Pretty sad it could have been avoided.

I always say the same thing. no one takes pride in their work anymore. I fucking hate when I go to mcdonald's or something and I bite into my big mac and there's 5 pickles in my mouth.... what's it take, 2 seconds to spread those pickles out? or like, they miss the bun with that mayonnaise squirter thingy. I work in restaurant management, so maybe things like that bother me more cause I wouldn't want my employees doing that, but whatever... how hard is it to put a piece of cheese on a piece of meat, instead of halfway on and halfway hanging out the side? how much more time is it gonna take?
