Title says it all... i need a new Wieght training program now that my back is healthy...

i got 1.5 hours a day to blow so this is a good thing to do...

I want a trimming workout... pretty much all definition...

any tips or full workout will be appreciated.

for tone... keep the rep range between 12-15 every exercise... work 4-6 exercises for each muscle group, 3 sets a piece

Look at the scrawny to brawny topic here by DD for supplementation and if you want to define you need 3 days cardio 30-45 mins day and 3-4 days of high rep, light weight training to define. That is all...

I had great success with Santo's personalised programme. 14oz at a time for several hours each evening.

Interesting...
I used the same plan, but at a more amateur level. I started with 12 oz and worked my way into the liters. Has worked very well for me! :cheeky:

You tried stress positions yet?

me? I tend to try a plank( you rest all your weight on your forearms and your toes and keep your back straight as a board)for two minutes

then some flutter kicks( lie on your back legs at a 60 degree angle straight out in front of you and then kick them up and down) for as long as I can before

I do some cockroach pushups x10(essentially..spread your fingers out and do pushups on the very tips) then knuckle pushups x10(self explanatory..just make sure you put all your weight on the first two knuckles) then Y pushups x10( spread your arms out to twice the width you would for a normal pushup

after that I do ten burpies and 20 squats then twenty situps

after which you run whatever distance gets your lungs burning and your heart racing(I normally do a kilometer between sets) and then you repeat the process..I normally mix it up with a couple other stress positions or throw in retarded weight requirements( for example..having to carry a five gallon jerry with you while you run a lap between each exercise or having to do lunges with a weight bar)

Most of these exercises you can do without equipment..or if you feel its necessary you can always throw some weights on to make it harder..but I find it tends to be hard enough without them..

One hour sessions tend to waste me to the point where I just dont want to move anymore
