maybe you should get to know the people before you begin to do that...plus, real cartels are made almost as a business...you cant just start one up and expect everyone to join. you have to have contacts to help and well knowns to help. but, good luck! :hehe:

true on business front but i have been playing for more than a month i used to play a year or so back on just come back to the game and had to re register
